There is a one-time registration fee of $100 and a $75 renewal fee annually after your first full year of membership

The charges payable to the sitter are as follows:

                    $12/hr  1-2 children   

                    $13/hr     3children

                    $15/hr  4 children

*Gratuities are customary for excellent service, but never expected or required.

The sitter charges by 15 minute increments, rounding up.  They charge $1 more per hour on Sunday, $2 more per hour on Holidays, $2 more per hour after midnight.  There is a 3 hour minimum on the weekdays, and a 4 hour minimum on weekends, starting on Friday at 4pm until Monday.

The charges billed to you by Sitters' Registry:

Under 3 ½ hours             $15 (per occasion)

3 ½ to under 6 hours      $20

6 to 12 hours         $25

12 hours overnight          $35

24 hours                           $50

Same day                  $25

(Same Day booking before 5 pm, requests made after 5pm is considered “After-hours”)

Weekend & After Hours bookings   $35

(Requests made after 5 pm on weekdays, any requests made on the weekend for weekend or any following date)

These charges are per occasion fees, not hourly.  You will be billed monthly.

Bills are emailed monthly through Quick Books at the beginning of the month for the prior month. You have the option to pay your bill online with a credit/debit card, or mail it to 7304 Old River Drive, Shreveport, La 71105 ~ Payment is due by the 25th of the month to avoid a $5 late fee.                                                                          

Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel at least 4 hours before the job (TEXT 318-841-6266).  If you do not cancel at least 4 hours before the start time, you will be charged the 3 hour minimum at $12/hr for a total of $36 (payable to the sitter) & the Sitters’ Registry fee of $10. Overnight jobs must be cancelled at least 2 days in advance.  If not within 2 days, you will be charged a $50 fee to the sitter, plus a SR booking fee of $25. Sickness is an exception.

Sitter Responsibilities:

Sitters' Registry Sitters are to tend to all of the needs of your children, including preparing and cleaning up after a simple meal, bathing & getting them in bed, helping or directing them in picking up toys.  Sitters are to leave your house as they found it or better.  Sitters' are not responsible for making beds, cleaning house, cooking for the parents, or doing laundry. You are welcome to request extra services at the time of booking for extra fee’s.

*** If driving is needed, please let Sitters’ Registry know in advance so we can book accordingly. Expect to pay a gas fee to the sitter of at least $10 or more dependent on amount of driving.

   Overnight Rate:

          12 hours     $85   for 1-2 children

                             $10   day for each extra child

                             *any hours over 12 will be billed hourly

            24 hours  $150    1-2 children                       

                             $10    day for each extra child
