“Sitters’ Registry has been a wonderful resource for my family. We moved to Shreveport when my son was 8 weeks old. We did not know anyone and had no family here to help out with childcare. “My husband and I moved to Shreveport-Bossier in November of 2007 with our then-six-month-old son and three cats. We were transferring with the Air Force and knew no one locally. The fees are reasonable, and there is a built-in accountability with the sitter through the registry that gives me comfort and confidence to rely on their services.
