What's the difference?

NANNY

A nanny becomes your employee on a regular, scheduled basis, short or long term, full or part-time, whatever your needs are. The two of you agree up front on a set schedule of days and times that she will work per week. You pay a one-time placement fee for this service to us, and we help you develop an offer for her salary. You'll have a warranty with your placement.

SITTER

A sitter is a temporary babysitter that you may need for a few hours at a time. We do have sitters who will also work overnight and travel with you if needed. Her duties are to watch the children, keeping them safe and happy. She may also make and clean up after a simple meal. While we can't guarantee that you will get the same sitter each time, we make every effort to get the sitter you request. We keep records of the sitters you have had and the one's that you prefer, and always try to book those sitters first. You are billed at the end of the month only for each occasion that used us. You pay your sitter her fee directly at the end of each job.
